From prototype to production

3D printingservice

FDM, SLA and SLS. The price follows the file. Written quote the same day.

  • Same-day quote
  • 3–5 business days
  • From 1 part to short runs

Why LayerWorks

Speed

Same-day quote, prototypes in 3–5 business days. You do not wait weeks for a mold.

The right process

FDM, SLA and SLS in one shop. We choose by use, and say so when a part does not fit.

Functional parts

Not display models. Parts that assemble, carry load and run on the line.

One part to a short run

1 part or 500, same workflow.

FDM 3D printing

01 · In house

FDM

PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PA, PC and filled grades.

When speed and cost matter: jigs, housings, fit checks.

SLA 3D printing

02 · In house

SLA

From general-purpose resin to tough, rigid, flexible, high-temp, ESD and castable.

When the surface and the detail matter more than a filament part.

SLS 3D printing

03 · In house

SLS

Nylon 12 Black. No supports to break off.

When the part is complex, loaded, and a mold is not justified yet.

Design 3D printing

Design

A model that can be printed, then FDM, SLA or SLS.

When you have a sketch or a part, and not a printable file yet.

Materials

Materials

Only materials we actually run. Choice follows the use, not a catalog.

FDM · filament

  • PLA, PETG

PLA for visual prototypes and concept checks. PETG for general functional parts.

  • ABS, ASA

ABS when the part sees heat. ASA when it also sees weather. Printed in an enclosed chamber.

  • TPU

    Flexible parts: seals, bumpers, grips.

  • PA, PC, PET

When the part needs engineering stiffness or temperature, beyond PLA and PETG.

  • CF / GF

Carbon or glass filled, when stiffness matters. Hardened nozzle.

SLA · resin

  • General purpose

Grey, Black, White, Clear, Color. Detail and appearance.

  • Tough / Durable

Tough 1000, 1500, 2000 and Durable. When a resin part must flex instead of snap.

  • Rigid

Rigid 4000 and Rigid 10K. Stiff, precise parts.

  • Heat, ESD, flame

High Temp in house. ESD and Flame Retardant on order.

  • Flexible

Flexible 50A and Flexible 80A in house. Silicone 40A on order.

  • Model and cast

Fast Model, Precision Model, Castable Wax, Clear Cast. True Cast on order.

  • Ceramic

Alumina 4N, on order. A technical ceramic resin, not a general plastic.

SLS · powder

  • Nylon 12 Black

The only SLS powder we run. Strong functional parts, clips and housings. Nothing to snap off after the build.

Fixtures

Keep the machine running.

We print jigs and fixtures for tool rooms, CNC shops and assembly lines in days, so setup happens before the machine stops.

  • Soft jaws and part nests
  • Go/no-go and check gauges
  • Assembly and welding fixtures
  • Mold masters and trial fixtures
  • Guards, cable guides, machine-specific spares

Services

What you can order.

Grouped by the job, not by the machine.

Prototyping

Physical prototypes during product development, before tooling.

Functional prototypes

Parts in a real material, for assembly, fit, motion and use tests.

Low-volume production

Quantities that do not justify a mold, or bridge production while the mold is in progress. 1–2 weeks.

One-off parts

Parts that are not in a catalog, or that need to be made again.

Technical parts

Material and process chosen for the duty, not for the look alone.

Design

CAD when the job needs a printable model. Same quote as the build.

Sectors

Where the parts go.

Industrial zones

Factories and supplier shops that need a prototype, a fixture or a short run. Send the file.

Automotive

Prototype parts, brackets, housings and fixtures. Not series bodywork.

Machinery

Guards, covers, locators and spare geometry for machines and automation.

Electronics

Enclosures, mounts and fit checks around boards and connectors.

Robotics

End-of-arm details, covers and fixtures while the design is still moving.

Product development

Iterations you can hold, before committing to a tool.

Industrial design

Appearance and ergonomic models, then a functional build if the use requires it.

Process

How a job runs.

01

Send the file

STEP, STL or 3MF. A drawing or a sketch is enough to start.

02

Review

We check the use, the quantity and whether it can be made.

03

Quote

Process, material, price and delivery date in writing. Same business day.

04

Build

Prototypes in 3–5 business days, short runs in 1–2 weeks. Rush work on request.

05

Deliver

Packed and shipped in Turkey or to an EU country.
